- ASAmandeep SandhuJan 1, 20261.0As a truck driver this place used to be one of my favorite stops to fuel and refreshments because of the location which is very close to the freeway. Every week I fill up once or twice from last couple of years at this location but not any more, today is the last time I stopped here and that is because of the bad customer service. The attitude of the employees specially at the fuel desk is not acceptable. I think the owner needs to pay attention on this.

- JSJarnail singhAug 21, 20251.0Hello drivers I do respect all drivers be careful when u guys sleep here make sure everything check before leave today august 21 -2025 I was sleep there for 0 hour someone stealing fuel from my truck and Reffer and they break seal and I call to cops they came and help me but they haven’t inspection load to check have anything working or not but they give case number for if any issue on receiving place they can contact with department so just be careful all drivers it can happen with anyone

- DADriss AndressJul 17, 20251.0Today's 07/17 at 13:30pm. I am a professional truck driver and had a very frustrating experience at this location. I attempted to pay for fuel and DEF using an EFS check, but the location refused to accept it. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering Pilot is a trusted name among drivers and most locations do accept EFS as a standard payment method. I rely on EFS checks as part of my daily operations, and this situation caused delays and unnecessary stress. I respectfully request that this issue be investigated. If there are changes in policy or system issues at that specific location, please make that information clear to drivers in advance to avoid confusion and lost time. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope Pilot will continue to support the trucking community with consistent and reliable service.
