- LFLee ForstDec 31, 20255.0Had an issue with my rental car from National car rental in Tyler, who told me to go to the nearest, National/Enterprise location for a swap out. Met with Joe here in Henderson and he had some difficulties finding my rental agreement since National and Enterprise had recently merged. He quickly solved the Problem and had me back in another vehicle and on the road rather quickly. Very professional and with a good sense of humor as well, this man was an exceptional example of dedication to his work. Thanks Joe !!!

I got into a bad accident hitting a HUGE coyote, and all the other locations did not have any vehicles available, including this one but he came through for me and was able to get me back on the road. Give this man a raise!!! Thankful for you.

The people that work for the collision center informed us that Enterprise doesn't get here until 830-9. Why in the hell would you schedule a pickup when you can't get here until an hour after the scheduled time? You are wasting customers time and money. I work for a living and you are costing me money. I take that pretty seriously.
