  I had a great experience at Valvoline! The team was fast, professional, and really friendly from start to finish. They changed my oil and replaced my windshield wipers quickly while explaining everything clearly, which I really appreciated. No pressure, no upselling—just honest, efficient service. It’s not always easy to find places you can trust with your car, but this crew definitely earned mine. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  Will not be going to the Helotes location again. Young sales guy was pushing way too hard on additional services. And then had somewhat of an attitude when I declined. I did purchase a new engine filter as it was needed but everything else was not. I usually always go to the Alamo ranch location and do not have any issues. I know they have to try to offer services but never have they gotten an attitude or seem irritated and short when I decline. Also, I have an older car. I already think it’s ridiculous oil changes cost $100. Again, the guy was super young and just needs more experience with professionalism and customer service skills. I will be sticking to Alamo ranch location going forward.
