  If you think the hundred bad reviews don’t say enough, I will clarify for those who still question Zips Carwash. Don’t let these new guys guilt trip you into thinking the wash is all of a sudden fixed, from my experience it’s even worst nowadays if that is even possible. They will do everything in their power to try and sell you the highest wash instead of what we want. Come out with a $10 basic membership but will do everything in their power to try and sell us a “better” wash that does the same amount of service. Few guys were there months ago that actually did help me out and told me how zips really works, so considering I do not see them there anymore answers my question. They don’t like when their employees tell the truth because it only makes their representation even worst. Company doesn’t care for damage claims, considering they went bankrupt less than a year ago, I can see why. Point is the company couldn’t care less how your car looks after you spend $30 on a premier wash. I have been a member her for over five years and have never seen it this bad. Membership stickers never work on my vehicle or the vehicles in front of me. The people managing this wash seem to have an ego pertaining to the positions they run now, so it seems like that’s all they care for. Last time I remember, this is a customer business, so act like it. Those in charge should be dealt with. Maybe rebuild the wash instead of waiting months to buy new parts for your 26 year old wash. Do better. Worst wash I have ever gone through. Am a business owner myself so it’s absurd to see how this place is ran.

  I have been a member here for many years and it’s been ok, mostly. The last couple of years the actual car wash part has really fallen into disrepair and needs a major deep clean and many parts repaired/replaced. The sprayers are all clogged and the structures that hold the scrubby parts are super wobbly. I go through the car wash about once a week and it’s just continuously worse every time.

  Pretty good sales people, they checked if I needed help drying my car, which was nice since I did sprain my wrist a few days ago!
