  This store needs more attention. Restrooms are dirty no soap trash every where. Ordered 2 burritos and was charged for a plate. Went back to tell them and the other lady said ooh no we don't give refunds. I had to wait until someone else came to fix the issue. Train your staff for issues. Only 2 parking spots for 18-wheeler.

  I have a couple of serious complaints. First I bought $100.00 worth of lottery tickets and got back to Sweetwater and was only handed $90.00. I don't know if it was intentional, or the cashier didn't bother counting them, but he most certainly rang them in, and most certainly did not count them back to me, he seemed very rushed, and whether that is a guise or he has no command of his position is also questionable, but I certainly got ripped off. Second, there is a special, buy 2 carnitas tacos and a drink for $6.00, and as always you are always out of the carnitas and not willing to make a substitution to accommodate the advertised special. It would seem that is the one product you would make in abundance, but instead you have product in trays drying out because, no one stirs, them or hits them with an ounce of water...The woman working the counter ignored me, until I said excuse me. Then she couldn't bother to answer any questions about what was in the trays. She couldn't wait to get out back to smoke her cigarette, and did not wash her hands when she went inside...I use to love Stripes and would go out of my way, but the sense of excellence is gone and when I am paying over $8.00 for 2 little tacos, it better be good, and it better be satisfying and the people waiting on me better have clean hands and a helpful attitude. There's always QT... Love's and many of the others who are cleaner and the service is on top of their game.
