Lectured me and then to top it off…. They cancelled my already scheduled appointment for service. I got no loaner car until they realized things had gone south. I had a miserable experience along with buyer’s remorse. It was only after my husband contacted the Gen Mngr. that things were rectified. I got a loaner car and my car was fixed. I hope to NEVER EVER need service again from this dealership because it will be my breaking point. One star review is too much for MB of Harlingen.

Service was required and when my car started acting up one year later, they started to hang up on me, put me on endless HOLD, cancel my scheduled maintenance, lecture me, yell at me, etc. Their poor management began. Their Roadside was useless as well. Typical service delivery from a Bert Ogden dealership. BUYER’S REMORSE! Don’t let their slick hair & style and phony smiles fool you. They only want your money, signature and don’t-call-me-I’ll-call-you response.
