I explained the situation to an agent thru Chat today and called the Austin location where the truck was dropped off. No one seemed concerned nor helpful. They Apologized that the truck gave us so much trouble but no other efforts were made. And to think we went with Penske because we thought they would be more reliable. Extremely discouraging
