Went to Tyler and picked it up tried to do it myself but couldn’t figure out how went back in to ask for help and guy comes out and immediately breaks my back windshield wiper. Have to take it to the dealership and get a replacement and I leave town in a few days. Even more stress added to me before I leave and money down the drain. If he didn’t know how why didn’t he just tell me instead of immediately snapping it. And I just know they aren’t going to help me w the dealership cost.
