  Excellent service from start to finish. The salesperson Valentine Ramirez was knowledgeable and friendly, and the finance person David Lozano made the process quick and stress-free. Thank to Mr. Berone as well for always welcoming us. Bought a 2026 Toyota Camry SE and my son a 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5 .

  I had a very enjoyable experience, Abraham herrera the salesman was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, when helping me with my new car purchase, he answered any questions and made sure everything was proceeding smoothly. Mr Gallegos made my financing application and paperwork very smooth and easy, assuring I got the best rate.   Our sale representative Gisela was very nice and professional. They gave us a good offer for trading in our 2023 Camry for the new 2026 Camry hybrid. The process was not as long as we anticipated and highly recommend Bert Ogden in Harlingen for Toyota's.

  I am very satisfied with the customer service we recived, especially from the salesperson Robert C. (Cuba) who explained all the features and benefits of the car we chose to buy. The process with the finance department was also incredibly smooth; they were all very professional and understanding, and every one went the extra mile.   I had a great experience at Bert Ogden HUGE shoutout to Cindy!! She is who you need to talk to when looking for a car, and she was the kindest soul. She helped me modify the car down to my liking all while being patient with me and my mother. I will definitely be coming back to her and the company for their service.
