  I’m just sorry there isn’t a star representing zero or a negative number because of what I just experienced at the service department of this dealership. Five days ago I made an appointment for 10:30 am this Saturday morning. They also quoted me a certain price for the service. When I arrived, after driving nearly forty-five minutes from my home, I was informed that the service I needed actually cost $70 more than I had been quoted. They apologized profusely for the wrong information, but absolutely refused to honor the price their representative had given me. At that point, although very unhappy with the situation, but resolved to the fact I would have to pay the higher amount, I was then informed that they would have to order the needed materials. They made an appointment with me, confirmed it via a text message and had five days to get ready. However, they were totally unprepared. Never have I experienced such unprofessional and confused service from any business. I actually bought my car from them in 2023 and planned to buy another one at the end of this year. Not now! I will definitely plan to buy my next car from AutoNation in Corpus Christi even though it is a couple of hours from where I live. When I looked online at their new 2026 models, their prices were several thousand dollars less than Bert Ogden in Harlingen. Terrible, terrible service! Look elsewhere when you get ready to buy a new car. Very dissatisfied customer who has learned their lesson about this business!

  Everyone was extremely helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. From driving to San Antonio to pick it up, to expediting the paperwork and then helping me get it home with two vehicles and only one person, the whole experience was stress-free and one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Starting with my salesman Abraham and the sales manager Sam all the way to finalizing the financial details with Erik, I can honestly say I've never had an easier and more seamless car purchasing experience. And the icing on the cake? All the paperwork was provided to me on a thumb drive so no more reams of paper stuffed into an envelope that I have to find a place for! I can highly recommend Bert Ogden Hyundai in Harlingen for your next new or used car purchase!

  We had such a great experience at this dealership! DJ was our salesman and we highly recommend him for helping you find what you’re looking for. In the past we have had some terrible experiences at dealerships where they were extremely rude and pushy and just wanted a sale. Coming here was such a nice experience and not one person was pushy. The whole team worked great together and were super friendly! Plus they did everything they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible, and helped us get the right deal and vehicle for us. They truly made the process go as smooth as possible.

  It had been about 5 years since I had purchased a new vehicle. Let me tell you. I went to a handful of dealerships and almost every salesman we dealt with were either just too pushy, in a rush, or you felt like you were just another number to them. Sergio Obispo really turned that all around. He truly shows genuine interest in you and your family. He is very knowledgeable and ensures to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
