  I came in with a busted tail light and was greeted by james, he had amazing customer service and was very patient and took his time explaining all my options to me, really took alot of the car trouble panic away. Kevin worked on my car and he was absolutely quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will 100% come back here just for these 2 people who made the entire experience pain free!

  Jimmy did an amazing job. He did an inspection for me before a trip walked me through everything. But not just this time. I've been coming here for at least ten years. I trust the mechanics here. There's never been a issue, they are always kind and helpful.

  Always a great experience here. Got me in last minute and quickly plugged my tire. We had the warranty on our tires, which of course they honored. James, at the front desk was very professional and got us taken care of quickly. Sam was our tech and was also prompt and thorough.

  Thank God for OSCAR. This young man was so thorough and doing his job. He’s gonna make a great manager one day.He managed to Did you tell her that I came in to cover but I q Here I went to the park to the police station and also there’s a list up here that go to that packet. It’s a list with names and stuff to go on back of this packet. I don’t know if it’s updated or you know I guess if you do get the chance to go over there, I can’t do it right now. I got cash.doublecheck everything. I came in for oil change. He was able to show and present two filters for the inside of my car and underneath my car and they were so old. I’ve been coming here getting my oil changes for quite some time. That was never brought up! I really appreciate OSCAR and Jonathan for going extra mile and James. It is important that people respect your needs and you trust them to take care of them. I felt like I was failed previously, but I’m on top of it now. I had an 8 o’clock appointment. arrived at 8:03. I didn’t leave till 9:50 this morning. I had to actually said they need to get back on my car and fix it. They had actually stopped working on my car and start working on somebody else’s. I didn’t appreciate that, but I won’t go nowhere else. Because I really enjoy coming to Harker Heights. This is not a negative review. It’s just to let you know they care in their own way shout out to the Discount. Rochellailee A.

  I'm like a frequent flyer to this NTB location. When I needed to replace all 4 tires on my car last summer, NTB said it had to be pre-ordered (rare size - no one stocks them). The tires came the next day and the crew installed them right away. A couple of months later, i blew out the sidewall on the highway. They were able to get my car in and out very quickly with a brand new tire (even when I dropped off the car minutes after closing time). A couple of weeks after that, my TPMS light came on and I just took the car in. They inspected all my tires and got me back on the road within the hour. My car is lowered, so I know they always have to put in some extra work to get it looked at. The customer service at this location is excellent. The front office is always clean, the shop always looks very organized. I couldn't be happier with their reliability. They really uphold their warranty, too. I really appricate the crew here at this NTB location. Thank you.
