Twice this week I’ve placed orders for same-day delivery and both orders were completely ignored until I called customer service the following day, and one of the orders was just straight up the wrong part. I’m in the middle of replacing a ton of stuff on my wife’s car and I would’ve spent thousands of dollars on same-day delivery orders from this store over the next few weeks if they had just done their job. But instead, i’m gonna take my money literally anywhere else. The store is completely incompetent and they do not deserve your money.
