I found Champion to be superb in customer service. The top-notch friendly employees are accommodating and never make you feel as if you are interrupting their day. The shop’s cleanliness was impressive to me because a well-maintained shop is more likely to take good care of my vehicle. Plus, Champion goes above and beyond what is expected of them. Their repair estimate was reasonable. They kept me updated on the progress with regular text messages and finished my car before expected. Best of all, the work they do is first class. For that reason, I highly recommend Champion Collision in Gun Barrel City. Oh yes, they also guarantee all their work which is another important aspect of good service.
