From the moment I arrived, I was met with exemplary manners and a level of professionalism that is, regrettably, all too rare in modern service. The entire procedure unfolded with remarkable smoothness and efficiency, conducted with quiet confidence and evident expertise. Not once did I feel hurried or uncertain; rather, I was attended to with courtesy and clear communication throughout. Special praise must be afforded to the manager, Jayden, whose leadership and poise set a most admirable standard, as well as the employee who did all the work on my vehicle, Oswaldo, whose attentiveness and diligence were nothing short of exceptional. Together, they transformed what might have been a routine errand into an experience genuinely worthy of praise. Should one seek service that is both swift and civil, delivered by individuals who take evident pride in their work, I can recommend this Valvoline location without the slightest reservation. I will be returning for future oil changes with my Raptor and a few other vehicles. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- CMChristen MartinDec 17, 20251.0I brought my 2020 Acura TLX to get a simple oil change they put the wrong oil in my vehicle when I brought the vehicle in it was not making any noises I left and my car now sound like a loud lawn mower! The acting supervisor Brendan was very rude and aggressive and handled me horribly as a customer and also made it a point to tell me that “he has been working on cars since he was 4 years old”. I had to pay an additional $106.92 on top of the $50 for them to put the correct oil in my vehicle I will never visit this place again 10/10 I highly don’t recommend!

- GCGerman CantuNov 21, 20251.0Took my vehicle in for an oil change and they checked air filter and cabin air filter and did no put the crews back in on the covers for the filters, if they overlooked something so simple like putting the screws back on the filter covers I can't trust them working on my vehicle. Definitely not going back to this place, and would not recommend it to anyone.
