- GCGerman Cantu3 days ago1.0Took my vehicle in for an oil change and they checked air filter and cabin air filter and did no put the crews back in on the covers for the filters, if they overlooked something so simple like putting the screws back on the filter covers I can't trust them working on my vehicle. Definitely not going back to this place, and would not recommend it to anyone.

I was really impressed with Brendan, the young man who directed my services. He was thorough, conscientious, and straightforward. I really felt like he was honest about the need to add other services or products. He also worked REALLY hard getting to my cabin air filter, which is in a weird place in my car! 😅 I had a full synthetic oil change and a long-overdue tire rotation and added wiper blades. Brendan added a coupon for me and it ended up costing a little over $200. I thought that was very reasonable. He also gave me a few tips on finding a good mechanic, as I’m a new transplant. He really helped me out! All the other gentleman were also courteous. A very good experience, and I’d definitely recommend this Valvoline!

She was in and out of there within 25 minutes, and that is because they also changed her filters and all that which was great. As far as the price goes, she actually had received a coupon in the mail for 25 bucks off so she gave it a shot and had a great experience overall. We are anticipating on visiting this place again for our next oil change. Keep up the good work!
- MTMavis ThomasOct 19, 20251.0If I could give a zero I would give a zero they do not meet you in the line to come greet you they broke my dipstick I had to wait for them to order a new one I was overpriced when I finally got up to the oil change spot I told the guy I had a coupon I was looking for my coupon and not telling what it was I couldn't find my coupon because I had changed the wallet I told him I'll be back he said oh no I got it we got one here for you so when I finish with the oil change he was I was overcharged after showing them the receipt of what I paid with my previous coupon like that was 20 extra bucks then I had to ride around with no dipstick in my truck cuz they broke it they was laughing they were playing never will I return
