  Rude employee (dude) very short with me, tried to pick up a car I reserved online at noon, they had one tiny car that didn’t match what I chose online and was basically told we close at noon can’t help you.

  I have called multiple times, two days in a row and was not able to get anyone on the phone, except one lady who ended up putting me on hold again and I was never able to speak with an associate. I spent more than 30 mins on hold each time, had to listen to the recorder saying “Where we put you first….exceptional service…etc” if y'all stood by that then I wouldn’t have to write this review.

  I received my rental with only a quarter tank of gas. It should have been a full tank so that refueling for return would be even. I commented on this and the attendant only offered to fill to half a tank. I was not compensated for returning the rental with more gas in the tank than I received it. There were no mats on the floorboards, only paper, which is unsightly and not ideal, also possibly unsafe for a less agile person, as the paper slipped under my weight as I got into the vehicle. I had requested a vehicle with xm radio, and that request was not acknowledged. Upon receiving the car and commenting on that, the attendant told me that I could wait for another car to be cleaned, even though I had already waited for them to finish cleaning the car that I was there for, which was already a waste of my time since it should have been ready before my arrival. Also, I requested to keep my car until the end of the day rather than returning early in the morning, due to circumstances beyond my control and was not offered to continue paying the weekly rate for the less than 1 day extension. That was very upsetting to me, as I am self pay and already will have a large cost for my auto repairs. Upon telling the representative that I may give a bad review due to that disappointment, he offered nothing to help my situation. But the rental was a smooth ride. I enjoyed many of the features included.

  they have terrible customer service. I rent from them very often and when I had one issue. they treated me like a red headed step child. was very rude. will not ever go back. terrible service
