Tech came to replace and removed glass in my home driveway without any protection or containment of the million little pieces, so they spread all over my driveway. A week later I am still finding glass that could potentially hurt feet that don’t have on shoes.glass was left inside door and in the seat. Regulator was broken by technician and he was unable to replace so he just disappeared without resolution. After regulator replacement a second technician came out to install new glass and didn't put the door panel back on correctly and just left. I had to again seek help with removal and correction. I used safelight because of convenience, and price thru my insurance company was reasonable. I will not recommend. Photos were difficult to take to show exactly, but the area around the lock was not flush with door. Once removed it was found that the door opener cable was incorrect placement and the insulation was not lined up so the panel didn’t fit flush. It has been remedied at my own expense.

- SSSantinoDec 18, 20251.0Beware. In the 6 times I've used Safelite in the past 15 years, this last service is enough for me to avoid them for here on out. Untrained technician out of Greenville, rushed the job, left broken glass in the trunk and within the tailgate replacing rear windshield, sensors installed incorrectly and glass made its way down to the locking mechanism which caused me to pay $1k to the dealership out of pocket!! All while leaving scratches 4 ft across the entire door below rear windshield and deep indentions on left and right tail lights! How bad do you have to be to leave scratches on the tail lights? Now ya'll are making me come to YOU to inspect my vehicle and to see "if it was caused by them". Absolutely the worst branch I've dealt with on any chain of franchise here in town, I was better off paying more some another company to come out this way from DFW.
