  I was coming in from out of town from El Paso and ran over a nail on the highway as usual. I was very happy with the customer service, the young man at the counter was very helpful as well as another team mate Joshua. They offer very affordable prices and I'm very pleased with the job they did. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to patch a tire. The check the balancing and everything. They also offer other services as well such as replacing brake pads.

  I arrived at 4pm to have 4 tires replaced that I already had. Google shows the business closes at 5pm. 2 techs told me they did not have time to fit me in. This was my first visit to this location and will likely be my last. As a business owner myself, I would expect my employees to always put their best foot forward and accommodate every customer. If you have the ability to take care of the problem then find a way. I went to another location and had my tires mounted. On my way back through I noticed that all of the garage doors were closed and it was right at 5pm. Seems to me they did have time but there was a lack of effort. On a good note, both techs were nice and not rude at all.

  Outstanding customer service. They went out of their way to help me with a nail in my tire shortly before closing for the day and were very generous and kind. Great people, highly recommend!

  I an emergency I stopped in here on the first Sunday of November 2025 and a very nice professional gentleman, Mr. Matthew McDaniel, met me as I pulled up, diagnose the problem, and offered to plug my tire for me at no charge. Very awesome job Matthew. This was an unexpected emergency needing repair here on this Sunday afternoon. Curtis Jackson Plano Roofing company

  Stopped in to get a nail in my tire patched & rotation. There was one car that they were finishing when I pulled in. 2.5 hours later they finally finished!! There was 7 employees, 6 of them sitting around talking while 1 guy who was clearly not very experienced worked on my truck. 2 others came in after I was there. One for a flat repair and one for a balance. They stopped working on mine to fix theirs. Which I thought was BS! At one point I even asked the manager how much longer tell him I had somewhere important to be. He said “10. Minutes, he just has to balance the tire he pay patched”. And hour and 10 min later he finished!! 10 min before my truck was done a lady came in. She stood at the counter for a good 10 min with no one coming to help her. There was 6 guys sitting right behind the window still BSing. I finally opened the door and shouted “yall have a customer in here!!” Absolutely ridiculous! Now I am going to miss my grandsons very first Halloween. I am highly disappointed and aggravated! I will never return to and NTB or Marvis. Nor will any of my 137 fleet trucks!
