  Overall no issues, good service, clean cars, friendly staff. 3 stars due to lack of transparency with tolls. No valid information in rental agreement regarding toll payments. Lack of communication when attempting to resolve issues regarding the tolls process. Renters: if you need a toll tag this facility does not offer one. Some enterprises do. They WILL charge the highest amount with additional fees if you use a toll road. The phone customer service dept as well as facility need more education on what Enterprise has to offer in regards to tolls. You will not find any of this information in your rental agreement it only states this on their website. After several calls to and from facility and customer service it was obvious that neither were on the same page and giving different information vs what the website states. It was a very frustrating incident and unfortunately has skews my perception of this company .

  If you're looking for the absolute best experience in securing a rental this is the place. Ask for Jack, Emily or Jaden they'll take care of you. I comfortably drove a rental for almost a month while I shopped around for a proper replacement vehicle. Tyrone helped upgrade my rental without issue. I'll be eternally grateful for these guys and this will be the ONLY company I will ever rent from. Stop by you'll be glad you did.

  This Enterprise location went above and beyond to help me. I was in a pretty bad position when I arrived with no personal vehicle available to me. Jack and Emily immediately put me at ease. I had a one way trip booked and unfortunately the initial vehicle I needed was not available. Jack went the extra mile for me and contacted the other enterprise locations in a 50 mile radius pushing for a SUV this was on a Friday afternoon. As you can imagine most people check out by then focusing on their weekend plans HE DID NOT. He was on point and did an excellent job securing a vehicle for me. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication. I never leave reviews EVER. They really helped out in a time of need. I’ll use enterprise again and again as long as they continue to hire good people like at this location! 5/5 stars.

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise. I was told by the Enterprise Corporate Office to return the vehicle, due to a Manufacturer's #73C recall (loss of drive power or crash risks). I made a reservation at the Wesley Location (less than 5 minutes away from where I was staying). Upon arrival, I was told by the manager (Wesley Location) he would not assist me. I needed to go to the Rockwall location, even though my reservation was at the Wesley location. I called the Rockwall location to confirm the reservation for drop off and exchange of the vehicle. I was told by a female (who identified herself as the manager) that she would not accommodate me. I needed to go to the Rowlett location (1½ hour farther), despite the open recall and crash risk, Kris (manager of Rowlett location) exchanged the vehicle with no hesitation. He immediately mitigated a critical safety risk and turned it into a positive experience. Kris is an asset to the Enterprise Company. He is the epitome of great customer service.
