I noticed one of my headlight out tonight, I stopped to get replacements, before hand I schedule for a shop to replace the bulbs. They informed me that with my vehicle they would have to drop the wheels and remove the plastic fenders. I went in to buy the replacements, Douglas greeted right as I walked in and offered to help. Asked if I would like help replacing them. I let him know it would be tricky because we could not get to them from under the hood. Douglas asked if he could still check and see if he could help in any way. Thankfully Douglas was RIGHT! He was able to assist me with changing the bulbs! This was one of the best experiences I have had at an auto parts shop!

This guy was very patient and accurate . Also he gave me advice on what parts I need to order and took good care of me.
