  They are honest and friendly. I took my recently purchased used car in for a check on brakes and an oil change. They checked the brakes and other mechanical systems, but they found no issues. They were very honest about everything being in good condition and didn't try to sell me anything. Also, a recent oil change was done, so they advised one wasn't currently needed. I was charged ZERO dollars. Their honesty and great customer service will keep me coming back.

  This place is an absolute JOKE! DO NOT bring your vehicle here. They attempted to convince me that my vehicle needed over $1,000 in parts. The funny thing is i recently replaced all those parts 4 months prior, i drive a lot so they looked old. The technician must have just been extremely lazy or stupid. Either way i took the vehicle elsewhere and not one issue, everything went smoothly and not one part became as issue. Take your vehicle elsewhere this place is an absolute money grab.

  You can tell they care about providing excellent service and are upfront with you about what’s going on with your car. Really appreciated the affordability and hospitality of this place. Came in for free brake inspection, they went over the issues with me and gave me affordable options. They also noticed a coolant leak I’ve been having trouble with and were able to locate and give me a quote on for that fix as well. Definitely appreciate the broad range of things they’re willing to check out for you. I will be recommending to anyone I know and will continue to come here. Thank you!

  Amazing service at this location! Melissa got me in and taken care of immediately. I didn't know my rear shocks were trashed. I originally went in for an alignment. She got the parts in quickly, the repair was done and I got a few other things done that I have been neglecting. Overall their customer service is on point! Thanks guys! I will be back!

  Had a fantastic experience at Brakes Plus in Greenville! Brigette took great care of me from start to finish. She was honest, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I came in needing brake service and she made sure everything was handled quickly and at a fair price—no upselling, just straightforward help. It’s not easy finding a place you can trust with your car, but Brigette and the team definitely earned my business going forward. Highly recommend if you need brake work done right!
