  Stopped by AutoZone to buy a battery for my minivan and got exceptional service by Andrew. He installed it for me and got me back on the road quickly.

  Just last week, I went to Auto Zone to get a middle back break light for my car. The first young man (I don't remember his name, and he should be grateful for that) told me my brake light cost over $200.00, and it needed to be shipped...wouldn't be there until the next day. He never went outside to double check if he had the right information...pissed me off 🙄whatever😒. So, I paid...went up there the next day, and met a young man named Fred Mastan. He helped me take the screws out where the middle brake light was, and told me that I paid for the wrong part. He went back inside, grabbed the RIGHT part (A BULB🤦🏾‍♀️), and put it in for me. Fred, also, gave me a refund of my money (paying only less than $10.00), and was very kind 😇. He made my day🌻💪🏾

  I went on Tuesday to get a battery. Charles Tatum provided excellent customer service. He not only help me find a battery but he put it in our car. Thanks Charles!!!

  Met Grant Dawson the Store Manager at this store a few days ago, after just being down the street at the other autozone just south of I-30 for over an hour trying to find the right part to fix my truck. I’ll admit I had my doubts even here but his attention was top tier and he was able to locate and figure out what I needed within minutes what the other store couldn’t in over an hour of trying. The store manager there couldn’t even help. Long story short Grant came in clutch for me. Helped me find a part I could only describe because I didn’t know what it was called. Finally had time to get it in today and worked like a charm and got me back on the road. This store is also completely different than I remember. So much nicer and more put together. The people even were so much better now. Thank you guys!
