I cannot recommend Sewell Collision enough. My wife’s BMW i4 was recently rear-ended, and as anyone with an EV knows, finding a shop that handles them with care is a priority. From start to finish, the experience was seamless.
A huge thank you to Gabe, who was our main point of contact. He kept us updated throughout the entire repair process, handled the insurance hurdles, and made sure the car was restored to its factory standard. The paint match and sensor recalibration were perfect. Sewell’s reputation for service is well-deserved!
A distracted driver rear-ended my 1-year old 5 Series, which is always stressful. As a long-time Sewell customer, I took my vehicle to BMW Grapevine for the repair. Parker was my estimator who worked with State Farm on the repairs.
When a few hiccups on the repair and parts surfaced, Dylan took the time to let me explain my concerns, and he not only addressed each concern I outlined, he provided updates and assurance they also wanted the outcome perfect for me. I was really impressed with Dylan's commitment to Sewell's customer standard and working to get my car done the right way.
While it has been a lengthy and stressful process, so far, I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my repair and appreciate the help.

Great experience at Sewell Collision Center. The car looks really good after the repairs and the work was done very well. Nolan was awesome to work with: super helpful, easy to communicate with, and always on top of things.

Besides delayed communication using text and email messaging, all went pretty well getting my BMW fixed.
I was hit by another vehicle and was able to get my vehicle into Sewell Collision Center within 2 hours of the accident. Jesse handled everything above and beyond wildest expectations! He arranged a rental car immediately, dealt with the insurance adjuster and appraiser, got an extremely detailed analysis of the damage, and was able to get a part from Germany in almost 2 months earlier than promised...getting us back into our BMW after only 2 weeks!
We not only have purchased several BMW'S from Sewell, but now have had the extreme pleasure of being treated royally by their collision center, and Jesse.
