    Trish and Sage literally saved our vacation. The Colony location called me 2 days before my trip and said they didn’t have any available cars- even though I reserved one way in advance. They also didn’t offer any solutions. I contacted Grapevine Main St. location and they were able to put me in the vehicle I had originally reserved within a day’s notice. I will only reserve at this location from now on.

    I was given a very uncomfortable car. I was not happy with it. Just use it with care. I told the guy that got the car upon returning but nothing responded.

    I enjoy renting from this location. My car is usually ready for pick up at the time of reservation. They have an operating shuttle service that takes me to and from work when I rent the cars. The staff is personable and accommodating where they can be. They also take the time to explain the coverages, fees, deposits, etc. The manager Sage Hebb is doing a good job with this location.
