  The mechanics are either careless or completely incompetent. I started getting all sorts of electrical issues after a simple oil change. Come to find out, they completely bent up the clamp on the positive terminal of my battery and it was so loose it was nearly falling off.

  I was pretty impressed by the NW Hwy-Grapevine location. I’m 58 and a little “old school” and LIKE it when I get a physical copy of my receipt, that’s very important. I usually go to the Rio Grande-Euless location and I can’t get a physical copy of my receipt, that’s the one thing that gets stuck in my craw. Both locations do good work, no doubt but, the Grapevine shop will getting my business from here on out. A caveat, Grapevine also drains the oil from the pan, again, I like this feature. The Grapevine shop will be my first choice and Euless my second.

  Made 3 trips between 800am-300pm to get oil changed in my Suburban. "Out of 5-30 oil, come back later...." HOW DO YOU RUN OUT of 5-30 oil??? I wasted 3 trips, and nearly 2 hours only to NOT get my oil changed. Hell, for that kind of loyalty, you should give me my next oil change FREE. I usually get synthetic but synthetic blend would do! I'm giving it ONE LAST TRY tomorrow.....we'll see how it goes! OH--"what svcs did I get"? NONE YET!
