- HHHR3 days ago2.0The first time I came to this location the staff was nice, but when finishing my oil change they didn’t put a part back on correctly. Later that day I was driving around my light came on for maintenance. I went back to the location and a very nice lady said that something wasn’t put back correctly, admitted this was a teaching location and fixed it for me. I still received great service so I came back to this location for another oil change. The second time I came was recently and Kevin was the one helping me out. As soon as I pulled in he was extremely rude and started raising his voice at me. I ignored it but through my oil change he just kept being rude to me in multiple conversations despite me continuing to be friendly with him. At the end when I was paying, he admitted to being rude and said he felt bad so he gave me a small discount. I appreciate the discount and him owning up to it without me calling him out for it, but I think it was very disrespectful and shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

All of the employees are a well oil'd machine. they work effortlessly in sync with each other. They recommended a change of filters will was weel needed. The oil change and the state inspection were carried out professionally and efficiently. I was treated well and every step they took they explained them to me. This is my go to stop every year.
