  Quick service after making reservation online for large truck. Great service from both Jacob who gave the truck and Paige who took it in. Small hiccup with truck but it was resolved in 2 seconds with a smile. I will use them for any future rentals.I also would recommend them to anyone seeking a commercial rental. Thanks again

  I had an excellent experience working with Paige Ingles at Enterprise Truck Rental in Grapevine, TX. Paige was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She made the entire rental process smooth, fast, and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Her communication was clear, she was very responsive, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days.   The branch manager (sorry I forgot your name) and Brooke (she gave me her card so I cheated to remember her name) are both amazing. They make the entire process a breeze and are super friendly. If you are moving anything large or heavy, you want to rent a truck with a lift gate, so you need to go to Enterprise because if you go anywhere else you are making a mistake.
