They make the entire process a breeze and are super friendly. If you are moving anything large or heavy, you want to rent a truck with a lift gate, so you need to go to Enterprise because if you go anywhere else you are making a mistake.

But they aren’t great at communication, they have charged my card twice now, both very large amounts without notice. The first time it happened we worked through they go the correct info from the insurance company and I made it clear that I would like to be notified before they charge my card again as I am not responsible for payment. Yet here we are again, getting charged a very large amount with no warning, no heads up. I believe there should be a courtesy call to let you know that your rental is either due back, since there is no date given at check out, or you will be charged. But again, I had expressed that the first time this happened.
