  First of all they charged us the wrong amount we booked car through costco for certain amount and they charged for higher which we noticed later ,secondly they gave us the car which is supposed to be blocklisted as its 60k + miles on it and was not at all comfortable and we got sick like vomiting and when we went to replace the vehicle , they wondered how come this vehicle is in use and replacing vehicle with was tough with enterprise it was hard they saying they dont have any other vehicles and literally wasted our 3-5 hours of time and They do not have multiple dropoff options,charging even for an hour late which is not the case with any other rentals, absolutely dissatisfied with the service and definitely not worth 850$! For just two weeks and they did not gave anything for their mistakes and definitely not choosing enterprise ever again!!

  Sage was incredibly friendly and super helpful with my rental, as was Marissa, the manager. This location has the same phone number as the branch that used to be in the BMW dealership years ago. They came, picked me up from the dealership and brought me to the branch. Got me a super cute brand new Hyundai that looked like a little space ship. I had a hiccup with my trip and they took amazing care of me. Honestly the best Enterprise experience I’ve ever had. I truly appreciate the staff’s efforts and kindness, it ended up being an incredibly seamless interaction. Thanks Sage and Marissa!!

  I had a accident insurance company got me a rental car why my car in the shop an I go to Louisiana to handle family emergency the rental car started running hot an had a lil message about battery then call for replacement still don’t have a replacement an the car was picked up I’m still carless very much bad business

  My personal vehicle was totaled by another driver. Insurance and Enterprise had a car waiting for me next day. Enterprise's staff, I mean everyone, at Grapevine location was courteous, friendly and professional. Hats off to them! It was a quick and painless process getting my car. Never used Enterprise before, but they won me over with their service. Everything associated with my car accident wasnt fun. Except Enterprise, they were the only bright spot in my whole ordeal. Thank you and GO BEARS!!!
