My Sewell experience started off nice! But once you confirm you will purchase, the service goes down hill. We were scheduled to come in to sign our paperwork at 12:45, we told our salesperson we need everything to be ready as we were headed out for a trip. Our advisor confirmed paperwork would be ready and he would have the car washed and ready. We were running late and arrived about an hour later and of course nothing was ready. They put a big red bow on a dirty car! I gave them the benefit of the doubt, it’s pollen out. Anyway go to sign and had to wait almost 45 mins. So much for everything being ready! Then when we head out to leave the inside clearly wasn't cleaned. Then a week later we are contacted that they missed 2 documents that needed signing. And tell me they mailed them to me. I advised I haven’t received anything…he keeps asking me am I sure! I would know if I received them. He then shares the address he sent them to… it was an old address I didn’t not even share with him. He asks me to come in and I informed him I have a busy week and cannot. He tells me to please come so he can get his commission by the end of the month!!! Not my fault you missed the documents! Says he can come to us to make it more convenient, none of it is convenient. When he meets us for the docs, we inform him the car wasn’t washed and was dirty, he tells us no problem that he will have a detailing done and it would be on him. Just let him know and he will take care of everything! We then call a week later to get it detailed and now he is saying he needs to check with his director and let us know. But he was very confident prior that it could be done. Now… haven’t even heard back from him. When he was texting 24/7 first thing at 8 am in the morning when he wanted his docs signed so he could get paid. But now crickets!
