They did offer additional services like an oil change and filter replacements, but I never felt pressured, which I really appreciated. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Several employees were standing near the area but no employee engaged me for at least 5 minutes while I was parked there. Once engaged, the process was smooth and effortlessly. Otherwise, they would have gotten 5 stars from me.

This last time, I took my college age daughter’s car before she got on the road. They made sure everything was good to go. Elia did the PCSA, Joseph did the TL and Victoria did the inspection. They gave me absolute peace of mind.

They handed my truck back to me, supposedly finished, but the moment I started the engine—while I was still in the shop's parking lot—the oil pressure light came on. I got out to see what was wrong and discovered that all the oil they had just put in had completely drained out. I asked to speak with the manager, but he wasn't there. The people in charge there are extremely irresponsible and rude. Very bad service.
