I returned a car to the airport because it was a Saturday evening and BEFORE doing so I asked was the airport rep if it acceptable, I was told yes! I checked my card 2 weeks later and see a $165 charge, mind you my total rental was only $70. I assume that’s what the $165 was from based on me disputing the charge and enterprise stating this charge was from this store. I will never rent from this place again AND I will be sure to let everyone I know about their disrespectful dishonest practice. Your employees should represent the company no matter what. I will continue to get my money back! Update: I received the below respond from “Kim” just to follow the directions and get no where yet again. At this point I know not to ever do business with y'all again and I will be writing to express my disappointment regarding how this manner was handled (OR NOT HANDLED)!!!
