- KPKI KE RAN KE PRIDEOct 10, 20255.0Hello Light, I want to share my recent experience here. But this post is real, but will be funny and a Spiritual experience. I stop by here every other day after walking in the early morning. So I went in to use the restroom and wash my hands, went to my car, and don't have my keys! So I run back to the restroom and look around on the floor, just everywhere.. Then go back to the last Stall and see my keys lying at the bottom of the toilet! I started to walk up to the clean water toilet, leaned down to put my hand in ....And it flushed!!!! Like, what the heck did this toilet just flush without me touching it!! Lord help me.....Yes, they have such a powerful flushing toilet. I ran to tell the manager, and he came to help, but it was too late. Then the Dist. manager I called and talked with him, and a nice young lady who worked there came into the restroom to share a nice story with me, which was a godly help put me back at peace. Thank God for Good people, no matter if it's my favorite Store, QT. No, I didn't get my keys back, and my son came with another set. But I was offered something to drink as I waited. Good looking out. They said if they came out outside or back up. They got my number to call me. I was still blessed. They all listened to me and were very nice and caring. Thank God for QT. GOOD MANAGER AND STAFF ..
- JWJackie WickwareSep 3, 20251.0This Quick Trip Gas Station located at 4005 Lakeridge in Grand Prairie is horrible. Number One, the ourside parking lot/ ground area is filthy. Most Important though, they had 4 or 5 Cashiers behind the counter. Two were totally useless standing and talking to each other as though CUSTOMERS were not waiting to be checked out. Two others were engaged with each other trying to figure out how to get this one ladies request of 50 powerball lottery tickets. Tge kther two were just walking around behind the counter doing nothing. In the meantime, the Customer line was knee deep, waiting on them to stop talking and do what they were hired to do and that is check out the Customers, who are the people who make that Business profitable. I won't come back and I imagine that is exactly why, I don't patronize this Store anyway it is traditional poor in operations and processes!
