I am merely a customer, respectfully seeking a resolution, yet this experience has left me wanting. Having collected my diesel fuel and all of my personal belongings, I prepared to depart, but the lingering sensation of unfulfilled expectations gnawed at me, casting a shadow over my journey ahead.
