Our experience at first was quite disappointing. However, what truly changed my opinion — and why I’m now giving five stars — was the manager’s response afterward. He personally reached out to apologize for what happened, took full responsibility, and assured us that he would address the situation with his staff so it wouldn’t happen again. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right really impressed me. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way he handled the situation showed genuine care for customers and their experience. Because of that, I feel confident recommending Lynn Creek Marina and would gladly return in the future. Thank you again for the sincere follow-up and for making things right.
