- BBBrettDec 21, 20253.0Repaired mt Tesla Model 3. Job finished on time but 2 major issues persisted. My hood was not flush with the fenders and tires were way out of alignment. I live 3 hours away so a month later I returned to Joe Hudsons. They apologized for missing the hood realignment and fixed it in 10 minutes. They blamed the alignment on my insurance company since they only approved $60 for realignment and they took it to a more economical alignment service center. After 2 more months of putting up with extreme shaking of the Tesla over 60 mph, I took my Model 3 to a Tesla service center and they immediately diagnosed a bent caster on one of the axles. After replacement my Telsa drives smooth at higher speeds. Joe Hudsons should have diagnosed and fixed this issue. I would take my Tesla elsewhere if you need repairs.

- MAMouaz AllababidiDec 8, 20251.0Our experience with Joe Hudson’s Collision Center has been nothing short of unacceptable. They replaced and painted two panels through insurance. Within only three months, noticeable discoloration appeared something that clearly indicates poor workmanship and low-quality finishing. When we brought the issue to their attention, instead of standing behind their “warranty,” they tried to deflect responsibility back onto the insurance company. They even suggested using thinners to “blend” the color which would obviously damage the paint further. They also made several excuses that simply didn’t make sense. The rest of the vehicle’s paint was perfectly fine only the panels they repaired are dark as seen in the attached image. That alone proves it was a bad paint job. Their refusal to correct their own error shows a lack of accountability and customer care. If a business does not stand behind its work, that should be a major red flag for everyone. I strongly discourage anyone from trusting their vehicle to Joe Hudson’s Collision Center. There are plenty of shops that take pride in quality and will actually honor their word this place is not one of them.
