The morning of, I get a text message saying they don't have the vehicle available. I then call the branch to try and cancel the reservation and the first time I'm hung up on, the second time I'm just left on hold. No one from the branch ever called me, the app doesn't allow you to cancel the reservation, unless you call lol. Wonder start to our Christmas holiday....thanks enterprise.

This by far has been the best I have ever encountered. It was Thanksgiving week and I needed a one way vehicle to get back home. This was one of the few that I found that actually had what I needed. I want to pick up the vehicle mid morning, I received a text message and a phone call letting me know that there was going to be a delay. Only to find out that it was the manager that was calling to let me know, a few minutes later, an employee called me to let me know as well. They wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we got there. Upon arrival we knew of the delay so we went out for breakfast (they even gave us recommendations). Did not take long until they called us to let us know the vehicle was ready. Upon entering the lobby the gentlemen went to get the care and the manager came our of her office to once again apologize for the inconvenience and to wish us a Happy Thanksgiving. This type of service is rare and hard to come by these days. Really appreciate the manager and her staff in making this situation a barrable one and getting us on our way.
