I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location whether it is cars not being available despite prior pick up reservations or overwhelming cigarette smoke. Arlington has several locations. AVOID!

My MOTHER was LEFT OUTSIDE with her boyfriend when they were told they would not receive their booked vehicle. They were traveling to Norman, so they did not drive a vehicle to the location. No communication ahead of time to save a trip. They wouldn't even offer an apology. Avoid if possible. UBER also RENTS VEHICLES, I did not know this until after Enterprise let her down. Thank you to the rideshare driver for not leaving them at the store and for informing us about UBER RENTAL.
