    My experience with Enterprise was excellent from start to finish. Booking a reservation was simple and straightforward.     My son's car is still at body shop for repairs but experience so far is this: I let know and was fully transparent and up-front was going through insurance for my son who is also listed on my insurance. That he is 18. Was told 'no problem'. There was a problem. When it was time for him to rent a car (i was also there) only car available was an SUV and since he was 18, policy stated he could only get a smaller 'economy vehicle' and could step into the SUV at 19 only. Problem is that enterprise met us at the shop with the SUV. A day wasted due to person on phone saying no issues of age when I openly and fully disclosed. On to wrong foot. As mentioned: car in shop so I don't know how they'll treat us later. P.s. My son can vote, go to war for this country and yet according to enterprise; can't rent an SUV but a smaller car. Make it make sense.
