The vehicle I was given fro the Grand Prairie location had mechanical issues from the moment I picked it up, and I had to return it all the way to DFW for safety reasons. What made the situation worse is that there was no apology, no urgency to help, and no discount or compensation offered for the inconvenience and lost time.

That he is 18. Was told 'no problem'. There was a problem. When it was time for him to rent a car (i was also there) only car available was an SUV and since he was 18, policy stated he could only get a smaller 'economy vehicle' and could step into the SUV at 19 only. Problem is that enterprise met us at the shop with the SUV. A day wasted due to person on phone saying no issues of age when I openly and fully disclosed. On to wrong foot. As mentioned: car in shop so I don't know how they'll treat us later. P.s. My son can vote, go to war for this country and yet according to enterprise; can't rent an SUV but a smaller car. Make it make sense.
