I specifically asked them to check the air pressure in the tires because I already knew they were low before coming in. We also requested an air filter change and to have all fluids topped off. They claimed the air filter was old and needed replacing, yet nothing was actually topped off and the tires were never checked. I have no issue paying for a service when it’s actually done, but when they get lazy, cut corners, and lie straight to your face about work they didn’t perform, that’s a serious problem. In times like these, when every penny matters, I’d rather spend my money at a reputable shop that values its customers and takes pride in doing the job right.
