Got good cheap oil and a filter for 30$ but when I brought a tool to the cahier he recommended me a different tool saying he would never use the tool I picked out so I went with the tool he recommended for a couple bucks more and it broke in less then 10 minutes

Showed up to the store right before closing and the customer service was top tier for it being almost time to close. One gentleman assisted me with the code reader and was patient as it had a hard time reading the code. Ultimately I needed a battery so I purchased one and tried to replace it but ran into some issues when an employee Nick (Nicholas) went to his car and grabbed his tools and went to work trying to get me home and make sure I was not just stranded in front of the store very helpful im very thankful for his help very awesome guys at great southwest auto zone.

My boyfriend and I walked in not knowing exactly what to look for. Thankfully I believe he was the district manager not entirely sure but the beard was amazing man LOL you told me that you never have one-on-ones with customers so I was very grateful to have that with you regarding my vehicle issues. Thank you for making my experience there feel like it wasn't for nothing. The information you provided my boyfriend and I was VERY appreciated. We'll be back

Jason and his team gave me the best experience despite my Monday morning car troubles. I came in with a dead battery, I got a new one and even though it was not an easy battery change, Jason helped me find a shop to put in my battery and even brought over a replacement when the one I initially got did not fit. Can’t recommend this location enough, it’s a truly amazing!! Thank you, Jason!
