    Guys work here are the best especially Miguel. He went above and beyond to help me out. Can’t thank him enough for his help, I would have been in limbo and probably would have ended up spending a lot if it wasn’t for him.

    I went to autozone today and needed a new battery and the Employee help me out when I told her what I needed what kind of battery Everything was fine up until I got my receipt and I looked at it While I was headed towards the back wall where the batteries are and there was an extra charge on my receipt along with the battery And the core charge. without my knowing or asking for it or even she didnt offered it to me she said nothing about. Until I asked about it Then she told me that it was a kit that comes with the battery I was never told then I began to ask her Then why did you add this again she said it comes with it I didn't ask for it so again why did you add this to my card and didn't say anything that's stealing you're stealing my money you're wasting my time and my money then I asked for the manager she said that she was the manager Then another employee had said that I shouldn't be talking to her like that when I am upset About someone taking my money and not telling me what I'm paying for your secretly adding in a product or giving me a product and not saying anything and having me pay for it that stealing Well anywaysThis is a disregard for a customer's Time money intelligenceWho knows Just how many people that Or getting robbed by a company who's secretly adding in products And making it seem like you got it for free for something that you didn't want you didn't ask and you didn't even get in offered or Even told She scanned that barcode on purpose there is no other way because it's She scanned that barcode on purpose there is no other way. As I was walking towards the battery rack I looked at the receipt and then I saw a kit the same kit that she said That it came with it When it doesn't come with it at all then she put it on the battery and it was right next to it On the same rack I don't care how much that little kit was you didn't ask me and you Charged me for it what are asking that's stealing I told her to go ahead and give me cash for the item that you charged for that didn't want didn't need didn't ask didn't get asked for it She said they don't give out cash so she returned it Back to the card to waste my time and my money for something that she did on purpose. And she acted like it was okay to do that This is unacceptable I would never go to autozone ever again and I like autozone not anymore

    Came in on a Sunday morning. Greeted by both employees as we walked in. Ray Faye helped us check the code on our car. She was very helpful. We will definitely be back.
