  Was in a bad spot where I needed a normal outlet to level 1 charge my car for 30 mins and they said no way. Makes no sense to help someone - we offered to pay too

  I am giving four stars because the store was overall tidy, and the gentleman that helped me pick out a substitute oil filter (because they didn't have much Mobil 1 products) was very polite and friendly. However, when I got checked out at the register; the lady that helped me was not as professional nor friendly.

  Today was probably one of the worst days ever. My car battery died in the middle of my much needed lunch break. I am not from here, and have no family close to call for help. A lovely stranger jumped my car and I ended up at this Autozone. Thank GOD I did. Shelley C and the lovely other gentleman, whose name I didn't catch, helped me so so much! I think Shelley could feel my emotions from the second I stepped in the door. He was so beyond helpful. My car manufacturer makes it terribly inconvenient to change the battery, so you HAVE to go to the Ford dealership specifically to get the battery changed. I called multiple places and they said they could sell me a battery but couldn't install it. I told Shelley that I am 1500 miles away from home and I think his fatherly instincts kicked into gear. He showed me empathy, effort, and humility when I was a ball of emotions. Shelley got his tools, he found me the best battery for my vehicle, and installed it, in front of me like it was nothing, and then had me on my way. God blessed me today in more ways than one and Mr. Shelley and his team at Autozone proved that.
