I came in for a state inspection, and although someone was ahead of me, the hour wait was completely reasonable for a Saturday morning. I let Jay and Tyler know I needed to run an errand and would be back shortly. I returned in about 45 minutes, Jay checked me in right away, and I waited less than 15 minutes before my service was complete. Jay and Tyler were professional, welcoming, and efficient. The environment was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I will definitely be returning.
- CWConnie WilliamsMar 12, 20261.0They worked on our car in the summer of 2025 for our Granddaughter who only drove the car a couple of times before she went back to school and they were supposed to fix the power steering. It went out again and we took it back to them March 2026 and they looked at it and said they could not work on it. It is truly amazing to me that they worked on it prior to didn’t fix it and I didn’t have a problem charging us over $400 for it. We try to provide business to individuals in our neighborhood and we will not do that again and we’ll report them to the homeowners association. Once they saw this review, they responded by asking me to provide them with my contact information and I did and never heard back from them. Which indicates that was just for show. They are not interested in providing good quality service.
