I am a single mom and was changing my headlights for the first time ever (another place quoted $300 so I was determined to figure this out on my own). I've never done this before and Manny took the time to be sure I was buying the right parts, took care of the costumers in the store and then made time to come out to check on me and help me when one got stuck. We got all headlights changed out in less than 20 minutes! He didn't have to do that and was very patient and understanding. 10/10 customer service.

As soon as Austin saw me standing there he rushed to help me and was fast, courteous and friendly!! He put my new headlight in and maintained a great attitude while doing it. Give this man a raise!! He definitely deserves it!!!❣️❣️❣️

I strongly recommend folks to stay away. As a former customer, it pains me to write this review. But I hope after some firings, Autozone will be able to right the ship ;-)
