  We had a great Experience at Shottenkirk Hyundai Granbury! We were greeted outside before we walked in the door and met with a sales person right away. Levi was kind and genuine and likable, which is not always true about car salesman. He started asking me some questions and I asked if I could just drive the car first before going through all these details and he said absolutely. Throughout the entire process Levi was always present and helpful. He was knowledgeable as well. We would have no problem buying from him in the future. We decided to buy the car and the process was fairly simple. We met Jon the general manager and Charlie the finance guy. Both were kind and professional. The whole experience was smooth without a lot of back-and-forth nonsense. We are very happy with the car and the process. It was probably the smoothest car purchasing process. We’ve experienced in our 30 years of purchasing vehicles.

  Tony was super straight forward and helped me out extremely quickly. Highly recommend this dealership. Unfortunately EVs just got too expensive hopefully the govt gives out more rebates to save the environment

  Ron it’s the man!!!! He made this experience buying a new car easier than eating jello. Very knowledgeable, honest and he’s an Army veteran. Go see him if you’re buying a Hyundai.

  Mark was fantastic on our delivery day. Vehicle was prepped and ready. He was very thorough in the operation and functions. Consistently wanted us to know we could ask him any questions at any time now and in the future. He personally buffed out a small area for us and had the vehicle wiped down a second time after the demo drive. Really went out of his way to make everything smooth. A couple of accessories weren’t in stock but they were ordered and shipped to us extremely fast. Mark followed up with us on a phone call to thank us for the business, ask if we had any questions and let us know about the accessories being shipped. Really good experience. Rylee was patient on the negotiations and Tony even applied a small discount I wasn’t aware of. So overall, we got the exact vehicle we wanted at a fair price, with a good delivery experience. Went about as good as a vehicle purchase could go. Would definitely recommend.

  From salesman to finance this is the best place around. The worked with us and we professional & friendly and didn’t give us false hopes. You have to love people that are upfront with you and work for you and not against you. Call Mark he’s great!
