  I used Ford’s pick up & drop off service and was pleased with it. They applied a couple of recall software updates and did a scheduled check out. I was overall very pleased with their service performance.

  Just got the 2026 Ford Maverick Hybrid. Wade was amazing. I showed up just to take a look and Wade was so helpful that I ended up with the keys before the day was done. Thank you so much!

  BUYER BEWARE!!! TAX SEASON PRICE HIKES!!! Peter is a gentleman, but felt Manipulated by upper management to waste my entire afternoon,(4 hrs+) after a full and honest disclosure of my intentions. As a former underwriter they had every opportunity to make a deal under my conditions, 27 years same residence, great payment history, but I regret coming during TAX return season when I should have recalled all dealers hike up all the prices 30 percent plus, and hyper devalue your trades to optimize a Huge Down payment all the while stealing points from the bank who offered 8 percent interest but they tell you 13.5 (the difference goes in their pocket) making an easy deal on an average day, completly unreachable with out the "Big Bend Over" Down payment, stealing as much of your tax return as possible. Comb your contracts for $1300.00 for the LOWJACK tracker they install for their own possible Repo recovery reasons as well as other FAKE dealer fees. Beware!!!

  10/10 recommendation on this dealership. If you need a vehicle go to shottenkirk. Aaron cross and or misty will literally find you a vehicle and will not give up. Extremely responsive and informative on questions or concerns. Go get you a vehicle from a dealership you can trust.

  We have purchased several vehicles for personal use and for our business. We initially were happy with our purchases and luckily have not needed a lot of service on our vehicles. As our fleet grows, the need for service rises and grows more frequent giving Shottenkirk more opportunities to prove their integrity. They have not. We made the mistake of purchasing an extended warranty that they claimed covered bumper to bumper. We were led to believe that we would have a small deductible and the rest was covered on any repair. They offered a significanty better interest rate IF we purchased their warranty, which I have since learned is not legal. All Warranties are optional. If they can offer a better rate, then they can offer that wether I buy the warranty or not. We are supposed the get valet pick up and drop off of our vehicle for regular maintenance visits as well, but this last time they kept our fleet vehicle ALL DAY for a simple oil change. They have stopped answereing the phone at the "service" center, so you can't book any appointments or check on your vehicle status without leaving a message with AI. Snake oil tactics, out right lies, and replacing human interaction with an AI loop of hell. We are done doing business with Shottenkirk.
