  Our car got put in the shop at the Kia dealership in Granbury (wonderful people by the way) we needed a rental car and enterprise was .08 miles from us. We called them to arrange for them to pick us up and they gave an eta of 1.5 hours. We declined and got an Uber. We arrived and went to pay but they didn't take cash and that is all we had. So instead of offering any solutions they watched me walk down to H.E.B to load money on a card. They were rude, not helpful and non-communicative. They could have offered a courtesy ride or even a bottle of water. I would have even been happy if they would have just had a good attitude but nope, they couldn't even give that. Some places go the extra mile for their customers but this place, they won't even go .03 miles down the road for you.

  Outstanding customer service! Awesome Branch manager & Jordan, both went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction! Highly recommend the boys at Enterprise in Granbury if you require renting a car!

  I had a wonderful experience at Enterprise. Ramon explained everything clearly to me, was very professional and personable. His communication with me throughout the rental was great. When I returned the car, Logan was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a 5 Star performance by them.

  The staff at the Granbury, TX location are friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. Easy pick-up and drop-off.

  Broke Down on Spring Break with 11 year old son, hours away from home. I called this enterprise because it was the closest to where our Dodge Cummins left us stranded at 4:30pm on the Monday of Spring Break, 40mins before this Enterprise location was scheduled to close. Its 43 degrees in Glen Rose, Texas on March 16, 2026, and we were on our way to pick up a Polaris Razor for our son.. his surprise for Spring Break, and the transmission went into limp mode. The young man with Enterprise customer service at this location told me it was too close to closing time, and they didn't travel outside of Granbury, and proceeded to hang up on me as I pleaded for him to let me talk to his manager. Called Home Depot In Granbury, rented a truck and trailer from them, Acorn Wrecker picked us up and thankfully dropped us off so we could be on our way. Regretfully, I will never use Enterprise again. This young man needs more training in customer service.
