Very helpful and understanding. They have been in contact with me for 2 weeks to ensure I was able to get a new vehicle within my terms. They were willing to work with me and after a 2 hour drive to the dealership they were able to keep their promise to the best of their abilities. The sales team that helped me were Marissa and Alan. They were great!

We have been looking for a new vehicle for months. We finally drove 2 hrs to Shottenkirk of Grandbury to look at a vehicle we saw online. From the moment we got there Maryli Garcia was there to help. She went above and beyond to help us in every way she could. This was the best customer service we have had at any dealership the last few months. We really appreciate her being so friendly and answering any questions we had. And let’s not leave out Hunter Dennis who was amazing and worked so hard to get our payments where we needed them. We will definitely go to them first if and when we need another vehicle. Thank you Maryli and Hunter for all you did to help us.

I was extremely impressed with the service I got from the saleswoman there, Morgan Ashmore. I came in with only one, possibly two, used pickups I was interested in. Instead of trying to sell me a new(er) pickup, she respected my wishes and let me check out only what I went there to see. I would say that she was extremely friendly, but that's a given considering the job she is doing. But what impressed me was that she didn't try to get me to buy something I wasn't interested in. EVERY salesperson should take lessons from her. The only reason why I'm not giving a full 5 star rating is because the pickup I chose to get had a check engine light on during the test drive. I asked to take care of it, for which I was told they would. When it got delivered to my house for me, I was told the light would go out within a day or so. WRONG. It turned out that the light is on because of a air/fuel mixture problem. If they would have told that to me from the start, this place would have gotten a full 5 star rating. But because they lied and tried to hide the real cause of the engine light being on, they only get 3 stars from me. (Little did they know I would still gotten the pickup anyways. After all, when you buy a used vehicle, you buy one WITH problems.)

I was there 12/08/2025 , we purchased two separate vehicles. Mine was a 2023 Toyota Tacoma with 18,000 miles on it. Come to find out the next day the vehicle had been wrecked previously bad enough to deploy multiple airbags. During the process we were slid paperwork to sign and never actually seen the Carfax. I contacted the dealership several different times the next day December 9th 2025 had only put 100 miles on the vehicle tried to explain my situation to anybody that would listen my salesperson, dealership manager, finance manager. No help at all I would have never bought this vehicle had I have known it was in a wreck bad enough to deploy airbags it makes me feel very unsafe having my kids in the vehicle that has been wrecked previously. I feel like the dealership should have been more transparent about the accident because I would have never purchased the vehicle if I had known it had been in a wreck I even explained I would still be willing to buy a vehicle just one that had not been wrecked, the best that they could do would be taken in as a trade in putting me upside down instantly and putting me in a vehicle $200 more than my current car payment and losing $6,000 cash that I put down payment again I'd only drove the vehicle a hundred miles and it was overnight I contacted them the very next day I feel like this dealership is very deceiving and unprofessional at best. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership or any other Shottenkirk dealership beware. Guys use caution I would not let my mother children or anybody else for that matter visit this dealership I feel like they were selling unsafe vehicles and taking advantage and their customer service is 100% the worst I've ever seen

Illegal advertising and sales practices! Beware this dealer uses illegal bait and switch advertising practices. They have no intention of selling you the vehicles listed on their website for the advertised price. That price is only to get you into the dealership before they include around $5k in mandatory dealership fees and add-ons. If this is truly required and can’t be removed from the final deal, then it should be included in the advertised price otherwise this is a deceptive practice. The Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) clearly states it is illegal to “ advertise goods without an intent to sell as advertised”. This is the case when they require “ceramic coat” or other BS fees that were not clearly noted in advertised price and used as part of bait and switch. Everyone be warned of these illegal activities and I urge everyone who has been victimized by these practices here to report them to the Texas Attorney General and Texas Department of Motor vehicles like I will be doing for this shady dealership. Additional information: 43 Texas Administrative Code § 215.250 — Dealer Price Advertising; Savings Claims; Discounts (a) When featuring a sales price of a motor vehicle in an advertisement, the dealer must be willing to sell the motor vehicle for that featured sales price to any retail buyer. The featured sales price must be the price before the addition or subtraction of any other negotiated items. Destination and dealer preparation charges and additional dealership markup, if any, must be included in the featured sales price. (b) The only costs and charges that may be excluded from the featured sales price are: (1) registration, certificate of title, or license fees; (2) taxes; and (3) other fees or charges that are expressly allowed by law. (c) A qualification may not be used when featuring a sales price for a motor vehicle such as “with trade,” “with acceptable trade,” “with dealer-arranged financing,” “rebate assigned to dealer,” or “with down payment.” (Additional provisions govern related advertising practices). — 43 Tex. Admin. Code § 215.250. Based on this wording, ceramic coat, window tint, and other “prep” items should have been reflected in the sales price. Since this dealership adds these prices to the vehicle after the fact it is a clear violation. Additionally they will say they “have a low msrp to draw consumers in from DFW area” sounds a lot like another term for “baiting” before including these add ons and “switching” the price ie bait and switch
