  We purchased a 2025 Forerunner Limited with an additional inclusion of mats added into the purchase. When we went to pick them up there was some confusion as to whether we owed for them. The service employee went to get a supervisor/mgr. I do not know her name but she was a petite young lady with long brown hair. She was very rude. Did not say a word to us but looked at us and cut her eyes at my husband. Did not even acknowledge us. She went and got our salesperson Patrick. Patrick took care of everything. Had this young lady been our salesperson, we would’ve never bought at this location

  Found a used truck on there site. I drove for three hours to see it was a really nice vehicle. It was all down hill from there. The dealer added a bunch of fake add on options that were way over priced. $900.00 tint, $1000.00 vip package,$2000.00 ceramic coating. This $35,000.00 turned in to a $40,000.00 truck and was not advertised this way. Also if you know the ceramic coat process there is no wax residue involved. I have dealt with some really good dealerships. I thought as nice a place that this one is they would have better tactics. Beware of this place and make sure if your traveling to get the actual price before you go.

  Brought my 25 Camry in for break in oil change. They ran my car into the lift and damaged front end. Tried to deny that they caused damage at first. Then I showed them photos of before they took the car from me at the lot and when I picked it up. Then after the proof they accepted responsibility. They had my front end of the car removed and had some 3rd party guy paint my car. It doesn’t look the same quality as the factory paint. And they used the wrong color to touch up stuff after they had it painted. Had me drive 5 times to come get car and I said everyone that the repairs don’t meet my standards. The car was new before they messed it up. They are fighting me over my ceramic coat. They “put on a factory ceramic coat” tbh it looks real poor quality and doesn’t protect my paint like the coating I paid for does. They had the nerve to tell me to just glue my front bumper back on after it won’t stay attached. And they had my car for 7 weeks before I took it unhappy. I even bought another brand new car from shottenkirk and this is how they treat customers. It’s crazy that they can’t just pay 400$ to get the car fixed right and are going to make a customer who has been very understanding and easy, never cone back. And let me tell you about the arguing. This service department will lie to your face and argue with you and at one point it took them 8 days to respond to me. Very very poor customer service from someone with 2 2025 vehicles from them 🙁 Also look how they return my car to me after having it for 7 weeks.

  Car buying is so traumatic! I'm 74 and have purchased many vehicles in my life. I dread it always. However, from the first communication, Shottenkirk Toyota treated us with respect and honesty. They actually called me back with the perfect deal! We drove 200+ miles to trade our vehicle. In particular, Kinzi was straightforward and extremely knowledgeable, able to answer every question with confidence. When I need another Toyota (this is my 7th!) I will again drive 200+ miles to Shottenkirk Toyota!

  Tony was our sales rep he was amazing. It's the maintenance department I'm having trouble with. We financed our 2012 jeep wrangler from them 2 days after we got it ABS, BRAKE and check engine light came on we took it in they had it for 3 1/2 weeks that I don't mind but they told us a day and kept postponing 4 or 5 times they told us it would be ready and Everytime it wasn't. Well we finally got it back they said they fixed the abs light and brake light we asked about the check engine light and they said they cleared it and it didn't come back on so they didn't fix that problem. Well wouldn't you know 2 days after we finally got it back the check engine light came back on. If I could kick myself and tell past self to go to a different car lot I would. But Tony was amazing.
