    I came here against the advice of 3 other individuals because when I talked with them over the phone about payment on a vehicle, they said that they could definitely work with the numbers I threw at them. When I got there it took 45 minutes to get the vehicle to test drive it, then when I turned it on, the check engine light was on. They said they would take a look at it while we talked about financing and I agreed if it was nothing important, it would be fine. 30 minutes later, the sales manager who I had talked with on the phone and agreed to a price walks out and shows me a price with a monthly payment 30% higher than we agreed on. After we talked a while he came down to 15% higher than the previously agreed upon price and I had to walk out. Complete waste of my time with dishonest business operation. Went to Carmax and drove off in my new truck an hour later at the same price that I saw when I preapproved for financing on my phone from Shottenkirk’s parking lot.

    Saw a car online and called to try to talk numbers but was told that the best offers would come from being in person and that they are “very competitive on their rates”. Drove the two hours of traffic to make it over and loved the car after the test drive. Upon inspecting the car further, the right taillight was completely shattered, even shocking the salesman. Manager was already aware of the flaw but failed to mention it online and was looked over by the service crew. We then sat down to talk numbers and instantly noticed the 3k up charge on the “vip package”, window tinting, and ceramic. Asked what these included and salesman stated it was for the maintence of the car and the 100 point inspection done before the car is sold, in which I was very hesitant to think this was even done due to the broken taillight. The charges were non-negotiable and would remain on the final bill. We continued and we were rotated between 3 different people in addition to our salesman, one even stating “sorry I am just the middle man here, I don’t know the answer to that question”. Once my credit was ran, they refused to match my pre approval rate so we decided to walk away and try to find a better approval rate. They stated I could use my bank but I knew I could get a better rate somewhere else. The next day I got a far better rate with my credit union and called back to get the car. My salesman told the manager and he rejected my check with my new APR. He stated “we won’t be printing any numbers or accepting outside financing” (after they previously told me I could go with my bank). I asked the salesman what was the reason but he stated they didn’t give him one. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager stated the reason why they weren’t going to accept my check was because “it’s a money thing”. I was already willing to pay 6k more than the price online but they decided they wanted to make more with their own financing. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Between the two hour drive, broken taillight, rotating people, or the flat out rejection of my check, I am just shocked. The numbers listed online are no where near what they are going for. No apology was given for my wasted time. Very disappointed with this dealership.

    Screwed me over. Went in looking for a car got approved then had to wait a MONTH to get it, when i went into to pick it up, I was asked to fill out some paper work because they changed the car color. Took me to the finance office and told me they were trying to get me “re approved” when I was told I already was the first time I went . Sat there for about an hour and a half and they explained I could not get approved and someone accidentally put me and my co signer make more money than we do. Honestly I don't know how you accidentally put we make 6,000 more a month than we do. My co signer called up there to see what was going on and the guy who answered was very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend

    Drove nearly four hours to this dealership for them to tack on $5,000 in fees. I think the pricing was fair for the car, but the $5k in non-negotiable fees were not mentioned before we decided to make the drive.. needless to say we didn’t purchase here. We found the same car with only 5k more miles for $6k less in Dallas. Everyone was super kind and helpful, but it’s incredibly frustrating to drive so far expecting the normal ~2k in fees and get hit with way more.

    The salesman was friendly but pricing was underhanded. Received a price breakdown before test driving. After the test drive, received a completely different breakdown, this time with $800 for window tint added to it. Was told the “VIP” warranty for $900 was non-negotiable. They wanted to charge $600 for a ceramic coating that the vehicle didn’t even have. When asked about it, the manager said they are going to apply the ceramic coating after my purchase, which is also a non-negotiable. Very questionable business practices, even for a car dealership.
