  I had buyers remorse from trading in my Old F150 and moving to a midsize GMC. Shottenkirk took great care of me and was able to get me back into a new F150 and gave a reasonable trade in and got me a great APR. Couldn’t be happier with my new ride.

  Our sales person was super and the finance person was PHENOMENAL! From my initial call for help which the manager handled so kindly given how messed up my particular situation was. He made me feel at ease and reassured me they could help, to the very attentive and gracious sales person we were fortunate enough to have who was also BEYOND patient with us to make sure we picked out the perfect car for us to the extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably caring finance person we had the pleasure of dealing with, our experience was exceptional! Their team truly made us feel at ease and made purchasing a vehicle so incredibly easy and more importantly we felt we were much more than just another car being sold, we genuinely felt the earnest caring of each of these incredible men. Thank you all so much for taking care of me and my daughter. She is over the moon with her new car and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely urge any one looking for a non pressure dealership with staff who genuinely care about what you want and what best fits your family to visit Shottenkirk Ford first!

  I did the valet service for my oil and filter change and the whole experience was great from the on line scheduling to the communication with drivers and location to the service and brought car back, it was a long distance for them to come and they did it no questions asked… would do it again.

  Terrible to do business with. I tried to make a deal on a used 2025, $90,000 truck, but it Seems like they dont wanna sell trucks. I was able to get the deal down to 83k when I needed to be closer to 77k. That was with trading my very nice and well maintained, and paid off 2019 Ford F250 king ranch in with tires and lift, I needed to get 30K for trade, but they would only offer me $28,688 and would not budge on that. They weren't willing to negotiate anything to get me closer to where I needed to be in order to sell a $90,000 truck. All because their finance manager wanted to buy the same truck I was trying to buy, so they made it nearly impossible for me to buy that truck. That’s not only Terrible business, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with vehicle shopping. Look Shottenkirk ford In Granbury, if you don’t want to make money then fine, I’ll take my money and business else where. Thanks for nothing.

  The service department and team of mechanics at Schottenkirk Ford are committed as you will ever find. In particular, Tyler Duncan in the service department is a fantastic individual. I've taken three different vehicles to be serviced or repaired and he has taken GREAT care of me everything. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of, they never try to up sale me on anything unnecessary. And they do a super job keeping you updated on their progress. They are honest, committed, and transparent. I highly recommend them.
