  I went in complaining of an issue. I was up against a time crunch because of the time of day and the day of the week. Of course, they inherited my time crunch - we all know how that goes. They checked out my reported problem, but found nothing wrong. I didn't believe them, so I double checked. Well, lo and behold, I was the one in the wrong. So, I took the walk of shame back inside, admitted my wrong, and apologized. And throughout the entire process, these folks were professional and gracious. Highly recommended on several counts - their technical/mechanical acumen, professionalism, kindness/understanding, and fair pricing. If you drive European, definitely come to these folks. They work on other stuff, too. Just call them up and have a chat - they're great!

  Came here when recommended by a coworker after a major malfunction cropped up with my alternator. Friendly, upfront and honest service, as well as extremely flexible to my circumstances and finances. A good recommendation for anyone. Will definitely make a return trip in the future.

  We first went to this business after a local oil change outfit messed up my friends 2020 Porsche Macan Instead of the oil pan, they had opened the transmission and transmission fluid was lost. Her car had to be towed to Expert Automotive Solutions for repair. We were extremely impressed with the courtesy, the knowledge, and the fix to this pretty basic mess up by the other business. Then a month later, my friend got a notification that the brake pads were bad and needed to be changed and we returned to Expert Automotive Solutions. Dealing with the store manager, Michael, he got the proper brake pads and parts ordered and an appointment to replace them the very next day. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and he worked hard to meet our deadline as we are scheduled to leave town on a weeklong trip the day after this conversation. I would highly recommend this business for anybody that has serious work to be done on your foreign automobile.
