I was a bit taken aback by this because I had just had all this done in late August because I was driving from Alaska to Texas. A better approach would have been to ask if, or, when I had this done last. I resented the implication that I needed service of items I stay abreast of on a regular basis. With that said, the tech was polite and explained the services rendered with professionalism! I will be back.

If you want a “cheap” oil change go down the road and deal with unprofessional guys that don’t even look at window wipers and could care less about you or your car.
