  When I say perfect, I mean BEYOND perfect! My husband and I both agreed that from now on we will always rent from East Texas Auto Rentals. They truly saved my daughter’s 18th birthday, and we are so grateful! The customer service was absolutely wonderful — they went above and beyond to help us when we needed it most. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers the way they do. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a rental. Thank you again for making a special day possible!

  Great guy to rent from would 100% recommend getting a vehicle from him. The Chevy Silverado I drove was excellent. It was clean and ran like a dream. Go check him out you won’t regret it

  so we looked and looked and everyone wanted a high downayment on a vehicle so i called and the owner was nice and offered different vehicles and payments also very good price wil highly recommend to any one

  We were t-boned and the offender or offender's insurance was dragging their feet on approving claim, delaying the opportunity to rent from the insurance company's usual rental company, so we contacted other businesses, even though it meant paying out of pocket to start. The owner accommodated this very last minute car rental request on a Saturday. The owner was incredibly kind and made the process simple and easy. He even referred us to a couple other rental companies who were still open at that time just so we had options with cost. Honest guy. Would recommend.
