Avoid this place at all cost. The manager apparently told his detail guys he had an emergency and left. I arrived for my schedule time to pick up a rental, waited for 40min for him to return. Once he arrived he told me he had no cars to rent out even though I had a confirmed car on email. This place is a joke, poor customer service. You wonder why 3.3 stars.

This place is simply amazing. The friendliest most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. They go above and beyond. I made the mistake of trying another car rental place in town and it was a nightmare. Never again ….. this place can’t be beat. Definitely by far best car rental around.

Horrible! DO NOT rent there! I rented from Enterprise through Costco travel. We RESERVED a mid sized SUV. When we show up, the guys want to give us a crappy looking mini-van, take it or leave it. They lied to our face and said they had tried to get one, but absolutely none was available. I called their bluff, and on my SPEAKERPHONE, called the Enterprise on Leander Rd who had one sitting on their lot! NEVER do business with them as obviously, they don’t honor reservations and then lie to try to get you to take their vehicle. They wouldn’t even look up at us on the way out the door. Both of them were complete jerks.

Terrible customer service at a time it actually matters.
I was set up with Enterprise through my insurance after a collision, so this wasn’t optional—I needed a vehicle. When I called, Hayden told me there were no cars available for 4 days. Frustrating, but things happen.
What wasn’t acceptable was the complete lack of help. When I asked if he could check other Enterprise locations, he flat-out refused and told me it “wasn’t his job” and that I needed to call around myself.
That’s not customer service—that’s passing the problem to the customer.
In a situation where customers are already dealing with stress from an accident, you’d expect at least minimal effort or empathy. Instead, I got indifference and zero accountability.
Enterprise corporate should take a hard look at how situations like this are handled. This experience seriously missed the mark.
